We offer a wide range of services including coil slitting, shearing and cut to length. Our extensive line of well maintained modern equipment allows us meet our customers demands. Below you will find some of our capabilities.



Slitting line #3: Coil processing capacity is 50,000 lbs (22,680 kg) by 60" (1530 mm) wide, 72" (1830mm) outside diameter and material thickness up to 0.187" (4.75 mm). This modern slitting line can handle a large variety of steel products. It is equipped with shimless tooling, which maintains width tolerances of up to +/- 0.005".




Slitting line #4: State of the art slitting line, fully loaded with technical features including; Shimless tooling, an XactRay® thickness gauge monitor and a Korflex® shapecorrection unit. Coil handling capacity is 60,000 lbs (27,216 kg) by 60" (1530 mm) wide, 78" (1980mm) outside diameter and gauges up to 0.250" (6.35 mm) in thickness. Processing speed is up to 1,000 feet/minute.



Big or Small we handle them all

As the saying goes, no job is too big or too small! The equipment is available to handle them all. Small and large slitting lines and shears are designated to process orders in the most effecient manner.



Slitting line #2: This is a small slitter mainly used to fill smaller orders. It's processing capacity are coils up to 40,000 lbs. (18,150 kg) with a maximum width of 38" (965 mm), cutting materials in thickness of 0.015" (0.38 mm) to 0.135" (3.4 mm).

Coil slitting:
  • Slitting thickness 0.015" (0.38 mm) to 0.250" (6.35 mm)
  • Widths 0.750" (19.05 mm) to 60" (1524 mm)

Sheet and blanks:
  • Thickness 0.015" (0.38 mm) to 0.250" (6.35 mm) by various widths and lengths.
Customer orders of re-squared blanks are processed to very tight tolorances.


Sheet and blank orders

We have expanded this area into a dynamic division within our operation. Sheet and blank custom orders have increased substantially. The company today provides its cutomer base with a full range of cut to size flat rolled products.



High precision blanking line: This ultra modern sheet processing high precision blanking line is the latest addition in the areo of cut to length production. With its technologically advanced roll-feed system, this line is capable of consistently producing superior length tolerances of +/- 0.010.
